Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Selene account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Items
Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, into the shipping box and securely attach the provided return label to the outside.
Drop Off Your Parcel
Deliver your package to any authorized courier drop-off location or schedule a home pickup through our logistics partner's website.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
